Release of Liability form must be completed by each diver. There is no need to print out a waiver any longer, sign our electronic waiver by clicking on the “Sign Your Wavier” blue button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen below. You will still be required to bring your C-card to the boat for verification by the Dive Master. Thank you!
