We left the dock at 6:50 and motored out of the harbor passing the LA Light. The passengers didn’t even realize we were actually out of the harbor because the water was so calm, it was literally like a lake. We arrived at Catalina at approximately 9:30 and anchored up at Parson’s Landing. We did our first two dives at this location. Visibility was approximately 50 feet and water temp was 64*F. We then anchored for our third dive at Black Rock. The water temp dropped a little to 62*F and visibility also dropped down to about 30 feet where it was really clear. We had a large group from Sport Chalet in the Ventura and Oxnard areas; thank you so much for diving the Cee Ray! It was a great time had by all.
